Fundraiser
who can generate funds and build lasting donor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with corporates and CSR departments to generate funds.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with new leads and potential donors.
  • Prepare impactful fundraising proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Present proposals to clients and corporates to secure funding.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors.
  • Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing funds.
  • Manage donor database and fundraising documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper utilization and reporting of funds.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven fundraising experience with corporates, CSR departments, or NGOs.
  • Strong understanding of CSR policies and fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM/fundraising tools is a plus.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about social causes, especially healthcare.
