Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Biolitecs portfolio of advanced medical laser products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. This role involves generating leads, building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Biolitec medical laser products within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital administrators
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information
- Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and training programs
- Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, after-sales support, and customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
(MBA in Marketing is a plus) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation with a flair for relationship-building
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Basic understanding of hospital and clinical environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: 2,50,000 – 5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
