We're looking for a passionate Architect + Engineering Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in residential architecture, site execution, and sustainable design. You'll collaborate with design leads, engineers, and clients to bring soulful homes to life across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in architectural design, drafting, and 3D visualization
  • Support structural planning and engineering coordination
  • Conduct site visits across Kerala for execution and quality checks
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation for approvals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand design and functional needs
  • Integrate sustainable and locally sourced materials into proposals
  • Maintain project records and assist in vendor coordination

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools
  • Basic understanding of residential construction workflows
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala for site coordination
  • Malayalam proficiency preferred; English/Hindi/Tamil a plus
  • Passion for sustainable design and regional architecture
