We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Architect + Engineering Associate
to join our growing residential design team. This hybrid role is ideal for
fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience
who are passionate about
bespoke architecture, site execution, and sustainable design practices
. You'll collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and clients to bring custom homes to life across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in architectural design, drafting, and 3D visualization using industry-standard tools
  • Support structural planning and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Conduct regular site visits across Kerala, especially Kollam and Trivandrum, for execution and quality checks
  • Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation for client and regulatory approvals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences, lifestyle needs, and spatial functionality
  • Integrate sustainable, locally sourced materials into design proposals
  • Maintain project records and assist in vendor and contractor coordination

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture
    or
    Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
    , or similar design and visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of
    residential construction workflows
    and site execution
  • Strong visual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala.
  • Malayalam proficiency preferred
    ; English, Hindi, or Tamil is a plus
  • Genuine interest in
    sustainable design
    and
    regional architectural styles
