Required Number 1

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; a master's degree or diploma in Project Management or Interior Design is an added advantage.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all building and interior-related drawings, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and timely updates.

Prepare, review, and process Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) related to building construction and interior works.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.

Assist in drafting, revising, and reviewing construction and interior layout drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondences, to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

⁠Identify, report, and resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain progress and quality standards.

Cultivate effective working relationships with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to independently handle multiple building and interior projects within defined timelines.

⁠Knowledge of project management tools or software is advantageous.

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
