Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
  • Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month (performance-based)

Eligibility

  • Gender: Female Candidates Only
  • Experience: Fresher / Experienced in Telecalling or Sales preferred
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle sales pressure & targets
  • Basic computer knowledge

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HDFC Bank Credit Cards & Loan Products to potential customers
  • Lead generation through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product
  • Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation process
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
