Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ESG Reporting & Disclosures Associate, based in Mumbai.
The role involves supporting the development and execution of ESG reporting, including frameworks such as
BRSR, TCFD, CDP, and GRI
. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing ESG-related data, preparing financial and sustainability reports, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing recommendations for ESG strategies. The associate may also support related research and assist in compliance with sustainability regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainability and ESG reports aligned with frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and SEBI BRSR.
  • Collect and analyze ESG data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements.
  • Support clients in preparing climate-related risk disclosures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and climate disclosure frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience managing ESG data collection, analysis, and disclosure for medium to large organizations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external audiences.

Experience Requirement:

  • 2–4 years
     in ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or corporate disclosures.
  • Knowledge of global ESG standards and Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., BRSR) is essential.
