Role : Salesforce Senior Developer

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu ( Hybrid - 3 to 5 days Office)

Job Description:

  1. Architect, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
  2. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  3. Manage data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities.
  4. Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to ensure best practices.
  5. Set development standards and contribute to technical strategy.
  6. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with Salesforce development and security standards
  8. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
  2. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices.

Certifications

  1. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (preferred).
  2. Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Admin) are a plus.

Soft Skills

  1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
