We are a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) committed to delivering innovative financial solutions and excellent customer service. To strengthen our branch operations and drive business growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall branch operations, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales and collection targets for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Supervise and mentor branch staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor credit quality, portfolio health, and risk management at the branch level.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain control over overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with regional/zonal offices for effective execution of business strategies.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at the branch level.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 3 years in branch leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products, collections, and branch operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle high-pressure business environments.
