Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions (Finance Modules) to meet client needs.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, BCom, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance and operations processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.

Other requirements

  • Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology (Required)
