Our offices at Santacruz West is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our functioning by managing our administrative and Executive Tasks, and interactions with Real Estate Team and clients.
Office timing 10 am to 7:30 pm; Monday to Saturday Working.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Follow-up: Proactively follow up with Clients, team members on tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Document Execution and Coordination
- Registration and notary of Documents.
- signatory coordination
- BMC RTI Application - Collection and Submission.
- Preparing documents for Registration, and interacting with Registration office.
- Reading and Replying to emails.
- Other Administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and write English and Marathi Properly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or formal office setting or with similar administrative experience.
- Discipline and timely work and attendance is non negotiable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members.
Bonus points:
- Experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and processes.
- Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
