About the Role

OSI Digital is seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support our talent acquisition initiatives.This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, resume analysis, recruitment tools, and modern presentation methods.Successful performance in this role provides a clear growth path to Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, and Management roles involving recruitment strategy, growth planning, performance management, and technology training.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across relevant platforms, collect and analyze resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate progression through different hiring stages.
  • Contribute to contact building, employer branding, and research activities that expand opportunities for job seekers.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and prepare regular management reports.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills oral, written, and interpersonal.
  • Familiarity with Google search, social media platforms, job portals, blogs, and publishing tools (Office 365, Google Docs, etc.) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer software or programming languages is an added advantage.

  • Candidates unwilling to travel occasionally for recruitment activities.
  • Candidates not flexible to work during off-hours or weekends when required.
  • Candidates who have appeared for an interview with OSI Digital in the last 12 months.
