Key Responsibilities

  1. Call Quality Monitoring & Training:

  2. Monitor the quality of calls made by Ayurvedic call center executives.

  3. Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and adherence to Ayurvedic principles.
  4. Develop training modules to enhance call center executives knowledge of Ayurvedic products and consultation techniques.

  5. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure consistent quality standards.

  6. Online Ayurvedic Consultations:

  7. Provide expert consultations to customers via online platforms (chat, call, or video).

  8. Assess customers' health concerns and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic solutions and lifestyle changes.

  9. Ensure accurate documentation of consultation details for future reference.

  10. Compliance & Ethical Practices:

  11. Ensure all recommendations align with Ayurvedic principles and are compliant with company policies.

  12. Adhere to ethical guidelines, avoiding any off-label suggestions or practices.

  13. Monitor compliance of call center staff to company protocols.

  14. Collaboration:

  15. Work closely with the quality assurance and training teams to maintain high consultation standards.

  16. Coordinate with the product development team to stay updated on new Ayurvedic offerings.

  17. Collaborate with HR for onboarding and continuous learning of call center staff.

  18. Reporting & Feedback:

  19. Prepare periodic reports on call quality and consultation effectiveness.

  20. Provide feedback to call center staff and management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Ayurvedic practice, call center quality monitoring, or online consultations.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and treatments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in online consultation tools and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor a team effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in training or quality assurance roles.
  • Fluency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of dietary and lifestyle counseling.
