Manager cum Cosmetology Doctor – Clair Skin Clinic

Locations: Delhi | Noida | Gurugram

Salary: Upto ₹100,000/month + High Incentives

Your Role

Medical Expertise

  • Consult and diagnose skin & hair concerns, providing customised treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced aesthetic procedures — Botox, Fillers, PRP/GFC, Lasers, Chemical Peels, Skin Boosters, etc.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Leadership & Sales

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a premium patient experience.
  • Convert consultations into treatment package sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Train and motivate staff in client handling, upselling, and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory, vendors, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree — BAMS,BHMS, MBBS, BDS, or Diploma in Dermatology/Cosmetology (valid registration).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in aesthetic medicine & sales conversion.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented and passionate about patient results & business growth.
