HR Executive

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
HR Executive – Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies.
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
