We are looking to hire Doctor Coordinator at Max Healthcare, Saket.

Job Objective:

No. of positions (2): Coordinator

Department : Max Institute of Liver & Gastrointestinal Sciences

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: 1 to 4 years in doctor coordination or relevant healthcare experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of communication between the medical team and patients
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and manage any potential conflicts
  • Create and update patients electronic health records
  • Ensure proper custody, circulation, control, retention, and secure disposal of confidential information
  • Arrange local and international travel and accommodation in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Handle the admission and discharge process
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, proposals, presentations, including data analysis and MIS reporting
  • Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background material and outgoing correspondence as needed
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in patient counselling
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling
  • Knowledge of patient registration and billing
  • Familiarity with OPD and IPD coordination
