This role requires handling online and telephonic sales channels to convert leads, retain customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and promote customer retention.
  • Manage repeat customer engagement and up-sell/cross-sell as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and execute daily call plans and meet assigned targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
