Venue: I-25, Phase-I, Block A, DLF Industrial Area, Sector 32, Faridabad , Near NHPC Metro Station

Position Overview:

We are urgently hiring accountant for our Faridabad office.

Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of accounting and best practices
  • Accurately prepare journal entries & record financial transactions
  • Reconcile, balance general ledger and track deviations from the budget
  • Process, manage staff payroll
  • Create / process and distribute invoices
  • Create financial statements, aging analysis & reports
  • Prepare & file tax returns and manage compliance with local accounting laws & regulations
  • Able to manage company accounts
  • Data Entry experience
  • Hands on experience of invoice processing, debtors & creditors reconciliation
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting.

Preferred experience & qualifications:

  • 2-5 Yrs experience
  • UG/PG in Commerce Stream
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software - Either QuickBooks / Xero / Sage intact/ PDI/ SAP/ Oracle/ Tally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent excel including a strong understanding of basic Excel formulas such as V-lookup, If function, H-lookup, Sum, Pivot table, etc and typing skills
  • Relevant experience in same domain
