Job Description:As a Senior Textile Designer with 5-8 years of experience in creative designing in textiles, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative textile designs that integrate international trends with domestic influences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations and are aligned with brand positioning and manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Create design concepts by integrating global trend forecasts with local insights, aligned with brand positioning and target consumer profiles.

Strong technical expertise in fabric bases, natural fibres, and new blended fabrics & finishes. Explain design concepts clearly and deliver impactful product presentations. Collaborate closely with brand designers to accurately interpret their ideas into designs.

Research and experiment with colors, designs, and textures to create fresh ideas. Create print designs and CADs using Photoshop for domestic and international markets. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet customer expectations.

Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Take ownership of file management by maintaining periodic backups. Work with the Product Development team to develop trendy, market-relevant products.

Conduct regular collection reviews with well-structured PPTs and sample presentations, analyzing previous collection performances. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.8-9 years of progressive experience in creative designing within the textile industry. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in textile design.

Proficiency in design software including Penelope, Arezzo, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain concepts and technical details effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate findings into innovative design solutions. Additional Requirements:Passion for fashion and textiles with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and staying ahead of industry trends.
