Job Title: EMR Support Executive – Technical Support (Healthcare)

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Work from Office Only)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Experience Required: 1–3 years in EMR/EHR technical support or healthcare IT helpdesk (voice process)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced EMR Support Executive to join our healthcare technical support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing technical assistance for EMR/EHR systems and handling client communications through calls and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients for EMR/EHR applications via calls, emails, and remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot software and system-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance support efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in EMR/EHR technical support or healthcare IT helpdesk (voice process).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Good understanding of healthcare workflows and EMR/EHR systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
