Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the Europe region. This role will primarily focus on planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead generation campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, reporting, analytics, and social media. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns in the B2B space.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Creating marketing plans in alignment with each market within their region in collaboration with territory sales teams
  • Leading and managing go-to-market marketing strategies and activities across the EU
  • Working closely with territory sales reps from agreed plans to activate localized campaigns that support company objectives in the markets, using an ABM approach that drives engagement and pipeline
  • Collaborating with a shared services team of marketing specialists to execute your campaigns and activities, including events, webinars, email, and digital
  • Utilize campaigns and templates from the global field marketing team that you will localize to meet EU needs.
  • Executing on time and within budget, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities
  • Reporting to sales leaders monthly and to the wider team every quarter.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing (8+ years' experience)
  • Strong expertise in lead generation tactics, email marketing, ABM, and event planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, French) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
