Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying target markets and planning product launches.

  • Market research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Budget management: Manage the marketing budget and monitor expenditure to ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Content creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Digital marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies, such as SEO and PPC, to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with other departments, particularly sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product demand.
  • Performance analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Customer relations: Maintain relationships with existing customers and organize customer-relations programs.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing, with a background in digital marketing and campaign management, is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and business management skills are crucial. Knowledge of digital technologies like SEO and Google Analytics is also important.
