ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional
to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions that support business processes. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring/customizing the platform, integrating with other systems, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and extend
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/Finance & Operations/Business Central)
    modules.
  • Develop workflows, business process flows, plug-ins, Power Automate flows, and custom entities.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft releases and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
    (CRM, CE, Finance & Operations, or Business Central depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    .
  • Experience with customization, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server (for developer roles).
  • Familiarity with Azure services, data migration, and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
