Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 10 – 11 years

Budget: 25 – 30+ LPA (based on experience)

Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant specializing in D365 Finance and Operations. The role involves leading solution architecture, integrations, data migrations, technical blueprints, and environment strategy for enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of handling end-to-end technical responsibilities, client sessions, and high-impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical integrations, reports, data migrations, and extensions for D365FO.
  • Architect and implement customizations, integrations, and environment strategies (Dev, Test, Prod).
  • Design technical blueprints for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
  • Support Go-Live, Cutover, and Hypercare planning.
  • Lead complex deliverables independently and provide SME-level consulting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality delivery and innovation.
  • Provide accurate effort estimation and identify dependencies.
  • Drive improvements in project efficiency and delivery innovations.
Requirements
  • 10–11 years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Expertise in technical integrations, reports, extensions, and data migrations.
  • Proven experience in D365FO solution architecture (customizations, integrations, data migration).
  • Ability to design and implement technical blueprints for Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of environment strategy (Development, Testing, Production).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations and deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
