Skills & Experience

Required

4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Supply Chain Processes including Demand Planning

Experience in the following modules.

Purchase Order Management

BOM/Production Management

Inventory Management with master planning

Service Management

Quality Management

Should have experience of integrations and data migration

Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.

Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios

High impact Communication skills

Business Acumen

Customer Orientation

Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Proposal building methods

Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred

At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations,

documentation, and mapping current business processes

Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
