  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and proactively following up with clients.
  • Meet Performance Standards: Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets for response and resolution times.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work with other departments to resolve customer concerns that require cross-functional support.
