This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from market research and design conceptualization to production management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strategic merchandising acumen, and operational expertise to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our collections. ​Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.

​1-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, design, or operations management. ​Strong understanding of fashion merchandising principles, including product planning, inventory control, and sales analysis. ​Experience in overseeing production processes, with a focus on quality assurance and timeline management.

​Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. ​Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. ​Proficiency in relevant software applications, including design tools and inventory management systems.

​Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ​Key Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify emerging fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape insights. ​Utilize findings to inform strategic design and collection planning, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demand.

​Design and Collection Planning:Conceptualize and develop collections that reflect our brand's ethos and appeal to our target audience. ​Plan and oversee the launch of new collections,supervising sampling,production. shoot concept and execution,marketing and promotional activities on website and other channels to maximize reach and impact.

​Production Management:Assist in managing the production team to ensure timely and efficient sampling and production processes. ​Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards across all products. ​Ensure adherence to production timelines and budgets.

​Ensure overall production team productivity and morale. Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management:Manage order processing from the website and other sales channels, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfillment. ​Maintain and oversee fabric and stock inventory, implementing strategic management of dead stock to optimize resources.

​Seamless management of quality throughout the process. Process Adherence and Reporting:Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operations. ​Monitor compliance with established processes, providing training and support to team members as needed.

​Prepare and update reports on key performance indicators, presenting findings to senior management at predetermined intervals. ​Key Result Areas (KRAs):Trend Analysis:Accurately forecast fashion trends and consumer preferences to guide collection development.

​Collection Success:Develop collections that achieve sales targets and receive positive customer feedback. ​Production Efficiency:Ensure timely production cycles with minimal delays and high-quality output. ​Inventory Accuracy:Maintain accurate inventory records and effective stock management, reducing instances of overstock or stockouts.
