Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer, located in Bengaluru. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking to create user-centric solutions, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and developing visual design elements. Furthermore, the role involves creating and testing prototypes to iterate on design solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
  • Expertise in Prototyping
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech or data industry is a plus
