Senior Accounts Executive – Job DescriptionPosition Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting : General Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Balance sheet finalization and profit and loss accounts .
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and intercompany accounts.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.Handling govt scrutiny/ assessement if any.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Monitor and control outstanding receivables/payables to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Verify and approve vouchers, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
