We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Officer to join our team at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest services and high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and check-in processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
