
Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information on check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in person.
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage payment processing, issue invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures and maintain security and confidentiality.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
