About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
PR Manager
to lead our public relations efforts and shape the company's external image. The ideal candidate will have strong media relations, storytelling, and crisis management skills, combined with the ability to build meaningful connections with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders. You will oversee PR campaigns, manage communications, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create press releases, media kits, speeches, and thought leadership content.
  • Plan and execute media campaigns, events, and press conferences.
  • Monitor media coverage, track PR performance, and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and leadership teams to ensure aligned communications.
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape shifts, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a PR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong media network and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of digital media, social platforms, and PR analytics tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations tactfully.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity and attention to detail.
