Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a [Job Title] located in Hyderabad. The [Job Title] will be responsible for overseeing the design and manufacturing process of high-quality injection moulds. Day-to-day tasks include managing product development, coordinating R&D designs, validating products, and ensuring proper maintenance and support. The role will also involve collaborating with quality control teams to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintaining high precision in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Experience with Injection Mould design and manufacturing
- Familiarity with High Cavitation Hot Runner Moulds and mould validation
- Proficiency with high precision CNC Milling, Turning centers, Wire EDM, and Electric discharge EDM
- Knowledge of quality control measures, including working with CMM & VMM
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field
