Client is an AI-powered growth platform that helps hyperlocal service businesses like salons, spas, and wellness studios attract more clients, automate bookings, and boost retention through intelligent marketing and agentic AI.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Development Representative at our client office, your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving inside sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating our financial solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Business Development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Shift Timings. - 6:30pm-4:30am

Cab drop facility will be provided```

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
