Role Overview

We're seeking a
Project-Based Developer
to work closely with our core product and content teams on digital initiatives such as our LMS, internal ERP modules, and interactive learning applications. This role is ideal for a builder who enjoys working across multiple tech stacks, delivering rapid prototypes, and iterating based on real user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy web-based modules for the Makerspace Masters digital ecosystem (LMS, ERP, and content delivery platforms).
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to translate learning concepts into functional, interactive digital experiences.
  • Build scalable, maintainable codebases using modern frameworks and APIs.
  • Integrate third-party tools (payment, analytics, CRM, etc.) as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and sprint planning.
  • Support product rollouts and debugging during live deployment phases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, , , and RESTful APIs
    (experience with Python/Django is a plus).
  • Familiarity with database design (MongoDB / MySQL) and cloud deployment (AWS / Firebase).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and component-based design.
  • Experience working in agile, sprint-based development environments.
  • Ability to deliver clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience building LMS, CMS, or EdTech-related platforms.
  • Understanding of ERPNext or similar open-source frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of IoT or robotics integration (nice to have, not required).
