Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an L2 Support Engineer (Active Directory & Microsoft 365). The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. They will handle operating system issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and work to ensure the smooth operation of the IT environments they support.

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
