The International E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing online sales across global e-commerce platforms. The role involves product listing, pricing, content optimization, marketplace coordination, order management, and digital marketing for international markets (such as Amazon Global, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy, Shopify, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Online Store Management:

Manage and maintain company stores on international e-commerce platforms (Amazon Global, eBay, Alibaba, etc.).

Product Listings:

Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images for each region.

Digital Marketing

Execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC) to drive international traffic and sales.

Market Research:

Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Order & Inventory Management

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory control.

Customer Service

Handle inquiries, feedback, and returns from global customers to maintain positive ratings and reviews.

Performance Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and ROI analysis for management review.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export documentation, and platform policies.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, etc.)

* Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential)

* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

* Coordination and time management abilities

* Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and payment gateways

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field

* 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or export marketing (international exposure preferred)

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace tools
