We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant Manager – Guest Service to join our team at The Postcard Himalayan Willows, Leh. The role will primarily focus on Front Office and F&B Service operations, ensuring personalized, seamless guest experiences across these key operational areas. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong guest service orientation, and the ability to handle diverse situations with confidence and grace.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead Front Office and F&B Operations to ensure seamless guest journeys.


• Bring strong knowledge of overall hotel operations to support day-to-day management across departments.


• Deliver deeply personalized guest experiences, anticipating needs and creating memorable moments at every touchpoint.


• Manage check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing with efficiency.


• Supervise restaurant and F&B service touchpoints to ensure high service standards.


• Handle guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.


• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and effectively.


• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other teams for flawless service delivery.


• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members for consistent service excellence.


• Uphold The Postcard Hotel's luxury hospitality standards and values.

Desired Candidate Profile:


• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services in luxury hotels or resorts.


• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and polished interpersonal abilities.


• Strong ability in guest interaction, conflict resolution, and situation handling.


• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.


• Candidates from Ladakh or nearby hilly regions will be given preference.
