N.K. Gupta Builders Pvt Ltd, a prominent Construction & Real Estate company, is currently seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant to join their team

**Position - Architectural Assistant**

**Minimum Qualifications - Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch**

**Experience - 4-5 years**

**Salary - ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 (Negotiable as per skills and experience)**

**Job location - **Leh, Ladakh (Apr to Nov) and Panchkula (Dec to Mar)

**Work Schedule - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM**

**Perks - Food and Accommodation provided on-site by the company (In Leh)**

**Requirements -**
- Experience in drafting large-scale projects.
- **Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel**:

- Knowledge of 3D modelling/ Rendering is a plus. **(Not mandatory)**:

- Proficient in interpreting working drawings and coordinating with architects, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
