Job Responsibilities:

Record purchase invoices accurately in the accounting system (Tally).

Process and record sales bills in the system.

Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.

Perform ledger posting in the accounting system.

Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Prepare and issue cheques, RTGS, and NEFT payments to creditors.

Handle monthly payments, including MTNL, electricity bills, salaries, and site expenses.

Maintain a detailed site expenses worksheet.

Provide timely and accurate financial data for filing returns to the CA office (GST/TDS/PF//PT/GST).

Generate expense reports and other financial reports as required by the management.

Maintain and update bank statements for all accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
