Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team performance, revenue growth, and strategic sales planning. This role requires a strong leader with excellent market knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive results through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on sales techniques and market trends.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Operational & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure the team follows RERA guidelines and legal documentation processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and team performance metrics for senior management.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze sales data and improve performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in luxury, residential, or commercial real estate sales is a plus.
