Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Panaji for a Sales Head in Real Estate at Risara Properties. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Commercial Real Estate
- Knowledge of Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong understanding of Real Estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
