Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting & Financial Transactions

  2. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

  3. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in all of the founder's companies' accounting systems.
  4. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  5. Maintain bank statements, reconciliations, and ledger accounts.

  6. Taxation & Compliance

  7. Prepare and file in consultation with the company CA, regular filings such as GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per compliance deadlines.

  8. Ensure timely submission of invoices, tax reports, and other financial documents.
  9. Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

  10. Work closely with auditors and tax consultants to maintain financial compliance.

  11. Financial Reporting & Budgeting

  12. Assist in preparing financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

  13. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  14. Monitor expenses and highlight discrepancies to ensure cost control.

  15. Coordination & Support

  16. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.

  17. Assist in preparing financial documents for audits and compliance reviews.
  18. Support senior management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.

Who should apply?

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in corporations, law firms or other professional services firms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws (GST, TDS), and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
