Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Email Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries via email, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries professionally via email in a timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and regularly update the database.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Email Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹24,000.00 per month
