We are seeking a qualified and passionate MSc Nursing professional to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, research guidance, and clinical supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to BSc and MSc Nursing students.
  • Prepare and update lesson plans, course materials, and clinical training content.
  • Supervise students during clinical postings, projects, and research dissertations.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans in accordance with university and INC (Indian Nursing Council) guidelines.
  • Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
  • Participate in academic planning, syllabus development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students.
  • Engage in research activities, publish scholarly articles, and guide PG research work.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and continuing nursing education (CNE) programs.
  • Contribute to accreditation processes and documentation required by regulatory bodies.
