Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Work Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday: Working days (No Week Off)
  • Weekly Off: Any one day between Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Ride N Repair is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to manage daily operations, service coordination, technician performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong operational control, team handling experience, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Ride N Repair services
  • Manage technicians, service staff, and field operations
  • Ensure timely service delivery and quality standards
  • Coordinate service schedules, job assignments, and follow-ups
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Monitor service turnaround time (TAT) and productivity
  • Maintain operational reports, MIS, and performance tracking
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards
  • Coordinate with management for operational improvements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Operations / Service Operations / Field Operations
  • Experience in automobile service, repair services, logistics, or service-based startups preferred
  • Education: Graduate / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
