About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven 
Partnership Operations Manager I
to support our growing partnerships function. This is an
individual contributor
role focused on
operational excellence
, where you will own the day-to-day administration, reporting, and process management of our
partnerships and partner-led sales motions
. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our internal systems, reports, and workflows run smoothly, enabling strategic decision-making across the partnerships organization.
What You'll Do:
- Operational Support for Partnerships & Partner Sales 
- Manage all administrative and backend processes related to partnership onboarding, enablement tracking, and pipeline hygiene. 
- Support partner-led sales workflows including data management, opportunity tracking, and internal system alignment (Google Sheets, SFDC).
- Coordinate updates across cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency and data accuracy.
- Reporting & Analytics 
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Google Sheet trackers to report on partner performance, sales contribution, and key metrics. 
- Provide timely, reliable, and actionable insights to the partnerships and sales leadership teams.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline manual processes wherever possible.
- CRM & Data Management (SFDC) 
- Maintain clean and structured partner-related data in Salesforce. 
- Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate mapping of partner accounts, contacts, and deal attribution.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies that impact reporting and business operations
- Cross-functional Coordination 
- Liaise with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams to align on partnership processes and reporting needs.What You Bring: 
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Partnership Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Shift : Mandatory Night Shift - 5PM to 2 AM IST
- Hands-on experience with Tableau
 and advanced
 Google Sheets
 for reporting and visualization.
- Strong working knowledge of
 Salesforce (SFDC)
 for managing and reporting on partner-related data.
- High attention to detail and an organized, self-driven approach to managing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
