  • Collect, validate, and compile comprehensive agronomic data on crop growth, yield, pest and disease resistance, and overall product performance for internal evaluation and decision-making.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare comprehensive trial reports to share the findings with management on regular basis as per planned timelines.
  • Maintain a structured database of ongoing and completed trials for future reference.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Assistants, providing direction, training, and monitoring of daily activities.
  • Maintaintasktimelinesandresourceplanningforsmoothfieldoperations.
