Field Trial Management:
- Plan, establish, and monitor Farmer Field RBD trials and large plot demonstrations in coordination with field assistants.
- Ensure scientific rigor and compliance with agronomic protocols to generate high-quality data for product performance evaluation.
SAU/Research Trial Coordination:
- Monitor Agri Universities and government institutions bio-efficacy and performance trials.
- Ensure timely applications, observation recording, and report generation from SAUs/Research institutions.
B2B/Institutional Trials:
- Manage B2B trial sand special-purpose trials across various geographies in India based on business or research needs.
Data Generation &Analysis:
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection in accordance with trial protocols, including capturing high-quality GPS-tagged photographs aligned with the seasonal activity calendar.
- Proficient in conducting statistical analyses, including single and two-factor ANOVA, using standard agronomic data analysis tools to derive meaningful insights.
- Collect, validate, and compile comprehensive agronomic data on crop growth, yield, pest and disease resistance, and overall product performance for internal evaluation and decision-making.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive trial reports to share the findings with management on regular basis as per planned timelines.
- Maintain a structured database of ongoing and completed trials for future reference.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Assistants, providing direction, training, and monitoring of daily activities.
- Maintaintasktimelinesandresourceplanningforsmoothfieldoperations.
