JD:

Must Have:

• In Depth understanding of MS Teams Architecture and Telephony - UC Collaboration (Cisco, MS Teams, Skype for Business, SIP Gateway, SBCs)
• Deep knowledge of MS Teams management tools (Teams Admin center), Azure Entra id.
• Should be able to demonstrate knowledge on Teams Meetings, webinars, Live Events and other Streaming Solutions but not limited to Power Bi CQD analysis, Teams call quality, Teams Polices.
• In Depth understanding on Teams Media quality analysis and VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP and audio Codes (eg H.264, )
• Expert-level knowledge in Voice services, MS teams Enterprise voice skills are highly desirable - Phone setup, MS Teams setup with PSTN, and SBC direct routing.
• Ready to offer solutions and consultation on Teams Media quality assessment for Sites across the Globe.
• Should have Hands on experience on deploying and configuring Teams Devices like CVI, Rally Bars, MTRs and support Local teams fixing issue related to the Teams devices.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency.
• Monitor and manage Unified Communications (UC) applications (eg. Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Room Pro, Cisco CVI devices).
• Guiding Connectivity and Front-end Teams for assisting in UC related issues and step in incase of escalation and ready to address the issues in timely manner.
• Create and maintain existing technical diagrams, functional documentation, and system processes & procedures documents pertaining to the configuration of our UC systems.
• Elicit and document business and system requirements related to UC systems enhancements.
• Define, document, and execute test scenarios related to enhancements or projects for our UC systems to ensure the systems are defect-free and meet requirements.
• Produce high-quality solution or infrastructure development and engineering deliverables, in accordance with the platform roadmap and project timelines.
• Adheres to firm's Develops, Agile Transformation and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management
• Maintain effective and consistent communication with teammates, peers and the leadership team
• Raise risks and issues to the team technical lead, team lead and project managers when necessary.
• Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for incidents and problems related to escalations from operations and performs root cause analysis.
• Provides operational readiness activities aligned to Microsoft Teams and potentially supporting services such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Partners with the support team to work through tickets to share and document knowledge and best practices with the aim for the team to support independently.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Teams support and operational ownership.
• Perform targeted communication or training to ensure operations staff are ready to support

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Capability to help client's structure, plan, estimate, deliver, deploy and operate the Teams services, cloud connectivity, and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture.
• Power Shell Script, Cloud Computing, Unified Collaboration, Contact center solutions, Third party
• Plan and operate the projects for timely execution and rollouts.
• • Prepare Proof of concept working with different vendors for inter-operability.
• • Prepare and validate the Plan of upgrades and design changes for any new business requirements.
• User UC Provisioning, Deprovisioning, Enterprise voice and assigning relevant calling polices and dial plan for users in multiple locations.
• collaboration integreations, Project Management, ITIL, Cisco Solution delivery
• UC Collaboration (Cisco, MS Teams and Skype for Business), Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide
• solutions to complex hardware/software problems
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
• Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
• Deep knowledge and Experience with managing MS Teams design
• Expert level knowledge in Voice services, MS teams Enterprise voice skills is highly desirable.
• Served as the lead Engineer for Office 365 Platform services in SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for business.
• MS Teams project Development - Design, build apps through Teams Toolkit - Teamsfx/Teams CLI and Microsoft Graph
• Deep experience with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups
• Exposure to O365 Guest Access and Third-party integration
• Platform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and O365 Groups
• Build technical artifacts for Engineering and operational teams.
• Brings proven industry leading technical expertise in Lync, Skype for Business and Collaboration tools
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of the product(s)
• 5-10 years' experience in an Engineering role
