- Role Senior Developer (Feature Team Lead) Deliver Topic Description MSD CRM Product - DevOps Skills Sets (Including certification requirements) Scope:MS Dynamics, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, C# JavaScript, SQL, Agile, JIRA, Confluence. Commendable knowledge on MS Dynamics functional and technical aspects, expertise in power platform, plugins, and reporting. Software platform experience Cloud platform End to end implementation experience Multi system integration experience. Highly skilled in using JIRA and Confluence Proficiency Required Lead the development team with optimal state of the art solutions to enhance customer experience. Responsible for the development, assigning tasks for the development items/CRs and ensure quality standards. Support the initiatives of digitalization strategy to drive value generation for the above said delivery stream about benefit and availability for all specialist functions. Responsibilities: Responsible to review deliverables and ensure quality standards. Track and document the development items/CRs handled. Analyze requirements and provide accurate estimates. Provide adaptive solutions for online environments. Develop low code and low maintenance solutions. Maintain deployment documents and perform deployments based on release schedules. Plan for sprint meetings and daily stand-ups and provide latest status updates. Manage the development team and review solution components. Organize Code review sessions to ensure standard compliance. Document the technical designs for development items/CRs. Analyze and mitigate risks in following developmental timelines or quality standards. Communicate with other stakeholders/teams to track status of requirement gathering, QA progress and deployment timelines. Prioritize development items/CRs based on business requirement.
